After some years of being hidden, then discovery stage sets in. This is an integral and significant aspect of TALENT. It can NEVER be overemphasized. This discovery necessitates TALENT.

At this juncture, I will showcase an illustration to unravel any mystics. Initially, TALENT is like a “raw gold” found deep in the ground. It’s covered up with sand, making it a bit difficult to be recognized and put into use. But with the help of of “adventurous discovery, its VALUE as a precious gift of nature was discovered recognized and explored.

It undergoes a ” conscious and subconscious mind assessment process.” Conscious mind is needed initially at the period of discovery and subconscious mind can later set in and add more beauty and amazement to the that person as if the person was a “supernatural creature.”
